question about shore excursions through the ship

I know this will probably be pulled and moved to the right place, but I couldn't get answers in the ports of call section, so here goes. We are taking the parasailing in St.Thomas excursion and the horseback riding in St. Maarten. My question is, does anyone have any experience with either one of these? DH wants to hang the camera around his neck and take some pics while parasailing, and wants to know if cameras are allowed on the horseback excursion. Yes, me on a horse is gonna be worth a picture:rolleyes: :o , but not sure if we can take one. Any experiences on either one? Thanks in advance.:)

I don't book thru the ship so sorry I can't give that ansewer that for you. But, on the indepedents you can.

Photos while parasailing are awesome. I would use a disposable water camera in case something happens;).

 

Don't know about the horseback riding.

I believe I remember reading somewhere, possiblly on the horseback riding excursion information that you are allowed to bring your cameras. Im not positive though, but I don't see why it would be a problem.
