cataholic Posted May 21, 2007 #1 Share Posted May 21, 2007 I'm on the Dawn Princess to Alaska on Sept 18. One of our stops is Victoria. I'm interested in local yarn shops that are convenient to the docking area. I found on the internet "Beehive Wool Shop". I would be interested in a first hand account of the store, and do you think it will be open the end of September? Are there any other shops near by. My sister will be with me and she quilts so any information for her would be appreciated. Because this information comes from internet searches it is sometimes out of date. If you know of any others I could visit and directions to get there I would appreciate it. I am also walking handicapped so transportation information would be nice. cruiseryyc Posted May 22, 2007 #5 Share Posted May 22, 2007 The Beehive wool shop is a Victoria institution, it has been around for years. I see no reason why it won't be open in September.
