We thinking about taking a water taxi to Caye Caulker and do some snorkling on

our own.

I heard the price just went up this month. As anyone seen this to be true? I heard its now 35 pp RT.

I assume you get this near the cruise doc area?

Any other areas which one can get to easy to snorkel?

As of last week costs was $30 USD RT- Great snorkeling at Caye Cauker-Many sting rays and one small nurse shark.. To get to water taxi , exit left- out the Diamonds International Facility and than about 5 Blocks-remain on main road- anyone can point you to entrance to water taxi-basically a open high speed off shore power boat, with fwd area covered.. best to sit near stern- since there is little ventilation up front.

Cost of the WT was $15 US R/T. Caye C is great, but u must swim to get a feel or get a good snorkel, we booked with Sunami for $25, worth it. Big issue was the travel time, it takes about 50 minutes ONE way, so plan.
