Daily Menu FOS?

Does anyone know what the daily menus are for the dining room so that we can book Portofino Restaurant on the "so so" evenings. Also, which nights would you recommend skipping dinner.

While these are from a cruise last year, I was just on Freedom last week and the menus are still the same from what I can remember... maybe very minor changes. Chops menu might be slightly different... I don't remember for sure.

We skipped Wed but would rather have skipped Tues, I think...
