Formal nights on Liberty

We are sailing on Liberty's fourth trip in two weeks.:D Can't wait!!!!

I'm going through all the planning and planning and planning so that it seems closer!

 

I want to plan which night(s) we want to book Chops and I was wondering if anyone knows the order of nights in the dining room (formal vs casual).

Ours is the San Juan, Phillipsburg, Labadee itinerary.

I did an 8 night crusie in March and the formal nights were the first day at seawhich was a Sunday then Friday night. We dressed for the fromal nights but you will see everything.
