Caution when booking with Mayahual Tours

Dover Cruiser

Recommended Posts

Unfortunately I have had to resort in warning people who book in advance with Mayahual Tours.......... In November last year I booked a party of six adults on the beach break and paid in full in advance, unfortunately due to weather conditions our cruise ship (and two celebrity ships) were unable to dock. We were very disappointed to have missed this as we had previously done this and were looking forward to a good day. When we arrived home I e-mailed Mayahual Tours (Scot) as the terms and conditions state that if a crusie ship failed to dock for any reason we would be refunded the total amount ($180). As to date (and numerous e-mails) guess what.............. NO REFUND. Three months ago I had one e-mail asking me to send them my confirmation, which I did, and have heard nothing sice despite constantly e-mailing them. SO BE WARNED!!!!!!!!

Would like to hear if anyone else is in the same situation or can give any advice.
