Buccaneer Stingray and Snorkel - no response

Hi,

I've been trying since Tuesday to make a reservation for this excursion thru island marketing. first the info. i sent using the form on their website didn't reach them. i found this out by emailing them to check after i hadn't heard from them for 2 days. i resubmitted everything thursday in an email and still haven't heard back from them. is this normal? anyone else out there make a reservation with them? if so, about how long was it before they got back to you. i'm worried the excursion will fill up soon. we leave in three weeks to go.

We heard from them w/in 24 hours and the trip was great. They use Captain Bryans (they also have their own web site.) I believe the Island company has live help on their web site- you might ask them.

I heard the VERY same day that I e-mailed for a reservation for our cruise on the Liberty of the Seas on June 30th. He even answered some questions I had in a very timely manner. I used either of these links without any difficulty. Kim

I finally did hear from them after about 4 days and we are good to go.
