Anyone know of a good Boat Excursion or Ecotour?

Hi! Does anyone know of a good "boat" excursion in Grand Cayman. We have been to Stingray City twice, we have gone with Captain Marvin's and Nativeways. We would love to take an "ecotour" or just a boat tour without the visit to Stingray City or Snorkeling as my kids don't snorkel. A beach stop or two would be okay too. Thanks!
