walk up shore excursions Lahaina Maui

Hubby and I are on the radiance in the fall and we generall do not do shore excursions. We like to do them on our own. We have rental cars for all the ports. I am tempted to do a horseback riding one but have seen some good/neg reviews so uncertin at this point. We like to snorkel and plan to do this by black rock. Does Lahiana have any shore excursions that you could walk up if we decide not to do the horses? America's cup, snorkel tours?

They have walk-up water excursions. We took the submarine trip and a whale watch cruise in March without reservations. They had ten or so booths at the pier for various trips -- they did have snorkel trips but I'm not sure if they were available as we didn't try for them.
