bubbles1209 Posted June 8, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2007 When you book with a PVP and you see a price drop, do you need to get the obc from the pvp you booked with, or can you call Carnival and speak to whoever answers the phone?.......Example you see the price drop, and they're away for the week-end..........what would you do/have you done?
