Rocky Mountineer Cruisetour - Hotels and meals?

Does any one know what hotels are used by X on their cruise tours - in Banff / Kamloops / Calgary and what standard are they? Also are all meals included on these cruisetours - the T/A implied that only the meals on the Rocky Mountineer are. Appreciate any help! Thanks

I took a Rock Mountaineer tour on my own in 2001. I don't know which hotels X uses. I didn't take the tour as part of a cruise, I booked it directly Brewster Tours. The hotels used were based on whether you booked Red Leaf or Gold Leaf Service and within each there was 3 levels of hotel. I took the Red Leaf Service with Standad hotels and was quite pleased with the hotels. And yes, only the meals on the train were included in the tour price.
