Dining Assignments & Requests ?

We just got off the Triumph and are going again in August. We had requested the same dining time in hopes of getting the same Paris dining room. Is it possible to request a specific waiter again? We really enjoyed the two we had last time and would love to have them again if possible. How would I go about doing this ? Thanks!

My understanding is that the crew only work onboard for 6 - 8 months at a time then they get 2 months off. I think they then get reassigned to a different ship, but I could be entirely off base with this last part. Whether your favourite waiter was still onboard would depend on where s/he was on their contracting cycle.

You can not request ahead of time but when you board you can go to the Maitre'd and find out if the waiter is still on this ship, if he is, at that time you can request to be assigned to him.
