GoinCruisin Posted June 19, 2007 #5 Share Posted June 19, 2007 Bring a 12 pack. No problems at the port with that. Now 3-4 cases would be a hassle and a problem 3 Lobster tails. Hundreds of shrimp, 5 loaded pizzas, running their ice cream machine in the ground. Using tons of electricity and water. More food other places. I dont smuggle booze, I have a drink at the show whoopie do. Prices on drinks are freggin rediculous. Now Hammsz... are you just bored tonight... or are you really just playing dumb??? I knew I had seen you around on this subject before...

hstrybuf Posted June 19, 2007 #9 Share Posted June 19, 2007 Not a drop. If my DH wants beer, he'll get it on the ship. Neither of us wants to schlep that extra weight around when we're on vacation. ;)

Glama Posted June 19, 2007 #13 Share Posted June 19, 2007 You aren't allowed to bring any, although Carnivals "turning the other cheek" and not confiscating it gives mixed signals. Friends brought a case in their checked luggage, no problems. Room steward kept it on ice all week for them.

L2J Posted June 19, 2007 #15 Share Posted June 19, 2007 I'm wondering if my keg-o-rator would make it to my cabin if I checked it?
tbjl24 Posted June 19, 2007 #16 Share Posted June 19, 2007 15 pack of the aluminum Bud/Bud Light bottles. Great thing about these, they sell them on the ship so you can walk around with them and no one is the wiser that they came from your cabin, not the bar. :D Oh yeah, a nice tip at the beginning of the cruise and your room steward will keep on ice the entire trip.
