Where is the Rum Factory?

I think it might be interesting to take a tour of it and also if anyone know if there are any breweries in GC I would like to know where they are.

There is no rum distillery in Cayman.

There is a rum cake bakery - in fact several locations with them.

 

The Cayman Islands Brewery is located on Shamrock Road in Red Bay. That puts it a bit east of the Grand Harbour Shopping Center, about a 10 minute drive from the port.

Thanks for the info. As many times as we have been to GC, we have never gone to the brewery.
