Next year she's splitting Spring/Summer between Baltimore and Norfolk, but still doing Caribbean, NE/Canada and Bermuda cruises. Norwegian Majesty will sail to Bermuda next year according to Port of Baltimore information.
mikedw Posted June 21, 2007 #3 Share Posted June 21, 2007 This year Grandeur is the only large ship leaving from Baltimore. It does a 5 night Bermuda, 9 night Caribbbean, another 5 night Bermuda, then a 9 night Canada New England cruise. It repeats that cycle pretty much until October. Next year the Grandeur will be in Baltimore from May-June and Sep-Oct doing the same thing as this year. In June and July NCL's Norwegian Majesty will be doing 10 7 night Bermuda cruises. The only other cruise ships that sail from Baltimore are American Cruise Lines they do 7 night Chesapeak Bay cruises and cruises up and down the east coast, Cruise West and American, Canadian Caribbean Line, but they're all small ships under 100 passengers. Len3 Posted June 21, 2007 #4 Share Posted June 21, 2007 We're in Potomac, so you are just up 270 from us. Many times we have driven to NYC and left the car at the port. Baltimore doesn't have a wide choice of cruise options, but NYC is a much stronger market. Give it a go - the new NCL Gem will be out of NYC beginning in December.
