Question about 3rd/4th Passenger Rates

I have a situation where the 1st and 2nd passenger rates have gone up $200 per person since I booked, but just this past week the 3rd and 4th passenger rates have gone down by $100.

 

I have a cabin that has a 3rd passenger. Is it possible to get the lower rate on the 3rd passenger but keep the rate for the 1st and 2nd passenger as currently booked?
