Color Teams?

My dh and I were on our first cruise 6/9-6/16, on the Glory, wonderful time. My question is what were they talking about when at the shows they asked, who's on the blue, red or white team? I was too shy to ask anyone.... My dd and I are going on a cruise in August and if it's something we want to join, let me know please.... Thanks.:)

Well dood might have showed me but it still didn't explain what it is exactly, just that people want it gone.
