Montego Bay - Sandals? Recent Experiences?

Hi

We sail to Montego Bay in September (on Royal Caribbean) and I am currently looking at excursions.

One option is for us to take a taxi to Sandals, buy a day pass and spend the day there (husband is quite keen to do this).

There are two Sandals around Montego Bay - Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort. Which one is better? Anyone had experience of buying a day pass there recently?

Thanks,

Boo

Well I can partially answer that question. I stayed at the Royal Carrieban Resort for a week vacation. It was fabulous! The food was awesome and the bar drinks are well worth the cost. We visited the other for a meal and the RC one was much nicer! But I have no idea the cost of a day pass...if it is under $100, the food and drinks in itself would be worth it...and a great relaxing place...but the pool is nothing special....
