Cruising with teens

DH and I are taking my 15 yr old son and his 15 yr old gf in December on a cruise. I was researching the Holiday and read something about this is the only Carnival cruiseship without the O2 club for teens. The post was made back in February though so I am wondering if they have it now. If not we will book for the Fantasy out of New Orleans. Also what documents do I need for the 15 yr old girl that isnt mine? I am assuming she can cruise with just her birth certificate, Social security card,,and a notarized letter from her mother stating she can travel with me. Am I correct? Thanks in advance for your help!

I cruised with another family when I was 15 and I just had my Passport and a notarized letter my parents wrote giving me permission to travel with the other family and I got on no problem!! I also highly recommend that you go on a cruise with the 02 club if you have teens.
