How does this coupon work?:eek: We had RC credit card that we earned the point. Our points will be expire at the end of this year. We need to cash in our points, and it is enough for free companion on 7 nights cruise. I called them ask them. They said they will send me the coupon and just use it but can't give me no detail of how will work if I book it online because I have to use a credit card. It sounded like I have to call the travel agent or cruise line direct for booking. Exactly how free companion work? Just a cruise fare part only not the port and fee? :confused: Has anyone ever does this? Please explain how that work....Thank you

Call RCI and tell them the certificate number. You might have to mail it to them also. It is for the cruise only, not the port fees.
