Questions over snorkeling

I am headed to Grand Cayman in September. And I am planning on doing the Cali snorkel and the Eden Rock snorkel. I was wondering how big of a beach there was for some older people in my group to set while I had a blast snorkeling. Also I heard that you can rent chairs at Eden Rock for $4. Is this true? And where do I rent them? Eden Rock dive shop or Arbanks(sp?)?

 

And If my understanding is correct from the pier to Cali is a 5 min. walk and from the pier to Eden is 5 mins...so the two are 10 mins. apart from each other???

 

Also if I don't go to Hamburger reef will I be missing a lot?
