Can I change my Shore Excursions online?

I selected my shore excursions a week ago and got a confirmation. Now I want to change one of them before I get to the ship but I dont know how......

It doesn't appear that NCL allows you to delete shore excursions online. Try adding the one you want, then you can cancel the one you don't want when you get onboard. Or call the excursion number, 1.866.625.1167.

 

Their online handling of excursions is a bit lacking compared to other lines.

I changed mine on the phone. The person that helped me was extremely nice. I received my confirmation and new itinerary within a couple of hours. She had told me it could take up to 24 hours. Also, when I looked on line it was all changed there as well. Couldn't have gone smoother.:)

You might try calling NCL and asking them to connect you to the Excursions desk. You can request a cancellation or change and they will E-mail you a confirmation.

I think you have to call. If you try to book a different one you will get a message that it conflicts with another but I don't think there is an option to cancel the 1st one.

Yes, call the shore excursion desk at NCL. It is very easy and the lady who I spoke with was very nice and had my changes done in a few minutes. Unfortunately they don't have access to the excursion lists themselves, so they can't tell you right away if there is space in the new excursion. But it's a very easy and smooth transaction.
