phinn Posted July 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2007 Booked for 5 days on Century in January. Wondering if I decide to add the 2 day prior to my scheduled sailing, will I have to disembark and go through entering all over again? The room I have reserved is not available for the 2 day so I would have to pack up and what happens to my luggage? Do I have to find something to do in Miami for that time or do they offer a spot on the ship you can wait in?
alynn Posted July 20, 2007 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2007 My guess is that you will have to disembark to go through immigration as we did albeit we were on RCI Navigator out of Miami. Dont worry though its not too bad at all. We were asked to meet at the pursers desk, where they issued new sea pass cards, then were escorted down to immigration then fast tracked back on board, this usually takes place after all disembarking passengers have left and only took us 15 minutes before we were back on board, We are from the UK. Us citizens were even quicker. It was really good as we had the run of the ship to ourselves and about 30 others who were also doing b2b. Im sure that if you enquire at the Pursers desk they will make arrangements to have your luggage transferred to your new stateroom. Have a great trip
