baboon sanctuary and snorkeling?

We'll be in port from 7 am to 5 pm only. Anyone know if there is a way to do both things, or is this just too short a time? How about baboon sanctuary and cave tubing? Also, has anyone been to the baboon sanctuary? Did you see any howlers, and how close do they get? Thanks!

I am also wondering about a review of the baboon sanctuary. I'll be going on the Carnival Miracle in December with my mother and she is not into cave tubing. Since we are animal lovers, we decided on the baboon sanctuary and Belize City tour offered through the ship. Has anyone participated in this tour? Any feedback while we can still make changes would be appreciated.
