Rental Car Tips - Pride of Aloha Cruise

Aloha! I'm a noob to the board. I need some help. Do any of you have any rental car tips for the Pride of Aloha Cruise?

 

I need recommendations for Nawiliwili Kauai, Hilo, Kona & Kahului Maui.

Your best bet is to either scroll back through the pages or do an advanced search (Hawaii forum only and going back 3 months at the most) for "car rent" because this is a subject under pretty much constant discussion and there are many really detailed and current threads to help you. (Don't use the "plain" search feature because that searches back to the beginning of time and often results in the white screen of doom.)
