Union discounts?

Have friends who are taking an NCL cruise soon so was trying to learn more about their ship. While browsing the NCL thread, came across something about NCL giving discounts for union members. Does anyone know if RCL gives the same discount?

I know they do military, senior 55+, and resident discounts, but they are not for all categories or all sailings.

I have a union affiliation. To be honest with you, even with the so-called discount offered in their catalog (the Unions, not RCI's) the price is the same, or often more, than what you can get through any TA, online or in person.

 

Like any other type of discount (senior-resident) the discounts are available on only certain sailings, not all.

 

If you register your name with various cruise lines and online TA's, you will receive emails with promotions all the time.
