Scuba Diving in Medittaranean

Hello

We will be going on a cruise on August 5th Carnival Freedom to E Medittaranean and wanted to know if anyone knows information about scuba diving. Our ports include Rome, Naples, Rhodes, Katakalon, Athens, Izmir, Istanbul, and Florence. I couldnt find much information on the boards for these ports. I tried researching on the internet and found Waterhoppers and Dive Med School in Rhodes. Are these accessible from the port because the email contacts did not know where the ship docks? If anyone has scuba dived at any of these ports please let me know information.
