Has anyone recently been on the Neets Bay Bear Cruise?

I have booked the Neets Bear Bay Cruise for the first week of September. However, I have recently been reading on the board that this excursion is not worth the money due to lack of Bear sightings. I know there is no guarantee, I was just wondering if you have recently been on it and what was your luck seeing bears. This excursion is by boat only not floatplane, so I don;t know if that makes a difference. I am afraid of flying so float plane is out.
