How Much Are Wave Runners at SEA GRAPE BEACH?/Question about RUM POINT?

HI Everyone,

 

we will be stopping in Georgetown GRAND CAYMAN in SEPT, and want to do a tour to RUM POINT BEACH, how far is RPB from the port? and how would we get there..i cant find an excursion from carnival.. so we may do the seven mile beach at sea grape. How much are the wave runners to rent there?

Red Sail operates out of several different locations...Rum Point and Sea Grape (it's at the Courtyard Marriott, which is right in the same area).

 

If you drive to Rum Point, it's about 45 minutes each way. It's a nice drive. The blow holes and the botanical gardens are over that direction also. We always rent from Andy's, but there are lots of rental agencies. GC is one of those rare Caribbean islands that you can actually rent your own car, explore...and feel quite safe while out on your own.

 

I think NativeWay is the only company that offers a snorkel at Stingray Sandbar, and then a stop at Rum Point.

 

You might also consider Royal Palms. It's the same type of set-up as Sea Grape, but a little bit closer to the tender area.
