Wheelchair accesible tours in Miami...do they exist?

We will be in Miami for 3 days 9/20-9/23, and have had no luck finding a local tour company that has lift equipped venicles...

 

Should we just hire one of the wheelchair lift equipped taxi vans...and pay the cabbie to take us on a driving tour?

 

All suggestions appreciated...

 

We are also considering renting a lift equiipped van from Wheelchair getaways...has anyone used them?
