*Mach* Posted August 4, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 4, 2007 Three prong. I can't imagine on outlet on a cruise ship not having the ground available.
OhioJeff Posted August 4, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 4, 2007 http://www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/Electrical_Outlets.aspx Are there electrical outlets in the staterooms? There is one electrical outlet in each stateroom located in the area of the desk/vanity. The outlet is equipped with a 3-prong 110 volt and a 220 volt plug. The outlet in the bathroom can only be used for electric razors.

Sometimes you can get at one behind the TV....with our surge strip it gave us a charging station away from the vanity
Maryutah Posted August 4, 2007 #6 Share Posted August 4, 2007 Highly suggest taking a plug strip - esp if you are like us - charging cameras, cell phones, PSPs etc., there is only the one plug in, so would not be adequate if you have a few things you wanted to be charging at same time. cheerioandsalut Posted August 4, 2007 Author #7 Share Posted August 4, 2007 You guys are great! Thanks so much for the help. I'll bring a power bar for all the "toys" (iPod, iPod speaker, walkie-talkie charger, camera charger, cell phone charger,...) :) Kate
