The taxis have flat fixed rates, they do charge extra for luggage. You are looking at around $22 for the group. Most of the taxis are vans, so they can get quite a few people and luggage in each one.

yes and they are very friendly. The porters should be right there where the cab drops you off, or you can drag the bags another 100 feet and put it on the conveyer belt yourself.
