international cafe ?

Does anyone know if the International Cafe is open on embarkation day? Sailing on the Crown soon and would really prefer to avoid the first day confusion/crowds in the buffet! Also, what time does the seafood buffet begin - before sailaway or after? Thanks in advance:)

Yes it was open when we sailed on July 23rd. From what I remember the actual lunch food was not brought out until day 2. They were serving pastries and donuts and stuff. Still a great place to visit. They may of had other things now I'm not sure. But yes it is open

Is the International Cafe on any other ship than the Crown?

 

I'm not sure of all the ships that have it, but the Emerald definitely does. We enjoyed sitting there several times on our July cruise
