RCCL Florence Excursion

Has anyone ever taken the Historical Florence & Accademia Museum excursion offered by RCCL in Florence? What did you think? I've thought about hiring a private driver or taxi but I would really like to have a guide to tell us about the sites as we are seeing them.

 

The excursion seems to include everything that I most want to see in Florence but the one thing that I can't tell from the website is whether or not the tour includes going INSIDE the Duomo or if we just stand in the square and look at the outside.

 

Does anybody know?
