Mexican Cuisine at Playa Mia

My wife and I went on the CCL Conquest 7/29 to 8/4, I figured I ought to at least mention them with 4 thumbs WAAAY up! The cooking class is really a lot of fun. Luis makes it seem so easy. You get to make 3 dishes, an entree, appetizer and dessert. The class lasts a few hours and at the end you eat the results. We were really had a blast, and the overall size of our group was less than 20 people.
