eringg Posted August 15, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 15, 2007 I have booked 3 nights pre-cruise at the Resort Quest Wakiki Beach Resort. 9/26-9/29. Seems like a great deal and location. The offer includes a coupon for a 2 for 1 Luau. Does anyone know where the luau is? Also, we are thinking of renting a car for one day. Can we go next door to the Mariott and get a rental car from there? If not where is the closest car rental place? Thanks!
BullishCruiser Posted August 15, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 15, 2007 I think it is the "Creation-A Polynesian Journey" show at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, but I'm not 100% sure. I remember checking into a 2 for 1 deal luau/hotel offer and it was for Creation. It could've been another hotel, but I was seriously looking into the Resort Quest Beach Hotel, so it's a good chance that's it.
ucsbgirl Posted August 15, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 15, 2007 We stayed at a ResortQuest in Maui this past May. When we arrived, we were given the choice of 3 or 4 luau's in various places in Maui. Two were close, so we chose the one at the Sheraton. Overall, pretty good! I would assume that it woudl be the same in Ohau-you would get to pick from a few. The one's we had to chose from were the lesser known (no Old Lahina) but still a good value/quality. Hope this helps!
RachieLnnn Posted August 15, 2007 #4 Share Posted August 15, 2007 Yes! We are staying here for 3 nights after our POH cruise. The luau is for the "Royal Hawaiian Luau". When you book (we were with Expedia) you get a voucher you can print out. It looks like it's up to you to call and make the reservations, though. Ladyarli Posted August 15, 2007 #5 Share Posted August 15, 2007 I just checked - if you surf around on the ResortQuest website you can find the Aloha book with the coupons in it. According to the book, Creation at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani.
RachieLnnn Posted August 15, 2007 #6 Share Posted August 15, 2007 I guess it might depend based on who you booked with and the time of year then?
