Coral 10/11 Panama Canal?

We will be on the Coral's 10/11 sailing. Does anyone know which nights will be the formal nights, and what the menus are for these two nights?

It is usally the 2nd nite out and on our cruise the 2nd formal was the 8th nite. Hopefully it is still the same. I do know that on the last formal nite is the lobster nite.
