I'm sailing on the POA this Sunday 8/19.

So far this is what is planned:

KAUAI

Tour North shore day one (will have car)

Surf lessons and snorkel at Kalapaki Beach on day two (boat leaves at 1:00) (No car)

Hilo

Volcano National Park - Will have a car.

Any suggestions for something afterwards?

Kona (will have a car)

Thinking of Captain Zodiak, wife does not want to go, is there a beach in the area for her to hang out?

Visit Anachoomalu beach after Zodiak.

In case Cap Zodiak does not work out, any suggestions that would be fun for a 13 and 15 year old boys would be appreciated.

Maui

Day one Excursion via NCL to Road to Hana

Day Two (will have a car) - Ka'anapali beach and possibly Halekalu crater (will I have time for both?)

Post Cruise

Staying at the Hilton Hawaiin Village for 2 nights

First day After Disembarkment - Beach day:

Drive to North Shore ( any beach recommendations would be appreciated)

Check in at hotel and use hotel beach

Day Two

Pearl Harbor and related sites. Suggestions of order.

Lua at Paradise cove

Day three

Polynesian Cultural Center

Diamond head

Plane departs at roughly 9:30 for home.

All comments to improve itinerary are appreciated.

I noticed something on your last day....you said you will be seeing the PCC, and your flight departs at 9:30PM. Please be aware that you will not be able to see the evening "Horizons" show, as it finishes too late to get you back to the airport for a flight at that time. I've never been to Hawaii, but we're going in November aboard the Pride of Aloha, and wanted to do the PCC the last day, but changed our minds due to the time constraints. Have a great trip!!!!

If this does not work out try UFO Parasailing that is what I plan to do because I am holding out for Fairwind II.
