and it lists Gerry Cahill as CEO and President...no Bob on any of the pages?

Looking at the coupons I have, the back says:

 

- Applies to new individual bookings.

- Applies to purchases at the available rates for stateroom categories 6A-12

- Offer is not combinable with any other discount, promotional offer or groups.

- Certificate must be submitted with deposit payment. Savings amount may not be deducted from deposit amount.

 

You may not be able to use the coupon because you're a past guest & have received a discount that way (although you've said you don't). OR because you're trying to use it on an existing booking. You're supposed to use the coupon when you book the cruise & submit with your deposit.

 

I called to use mine & they said I'd already received a past guest discount as well as an upgrade & couldn't use it. I figured oh well.

LOL, and your point is? He is No longer the CEO, it says that in the link you posted, which is exactly what I said. I said he retired as CEO, wether he is on the board of directors or not is a moot point. I knew he was on the BOD, I simply stated that Gerald Cahill is now the ceo. A previous poster was looking to send an email to the CEO, not the board of directors. I don't understand why you posted to begin with, unless you just wanted to add to your 10,000 plus posts, lol.
