Any recommendations for eating in Progreso or Merida?

Do they have grilled lobster anywhere? What do they have at Le Saint Bonnet (other than that fried fish I know you like so much, hdawson :D) Are there any other places to eat with dishes you particularly recommend?

I will be on back to back cruises that seem like they'll both be headed to Progreso instead of Costa Maya. I've been twice already. Done Uxmal, LOVED it...Done the beach...did not love that so much :o But since I will likely be headed back there two times in a row on 10 days worth of cruise, I'm thinking we might like to try to eat some of the food y'all rave about on at least one of the stops.

We're considering going to Merida as well, any food there you found remarkably good? and if so, where is the place? Thanks!!
