Arizona best way to get there from pier 11 no tour or rental car?

Hubby and I will be on the Radiance of the Seas and would like to go to the Arizona as soon as we get off the ship. I am thinking we will be off by 730am at the latest. The ship docks at 7am. We do not want to do one of the tours as that would be over 5 hours. We would like to go to the Arizona and then spend some time at the beach before our luau. What is the best way to get there? The bus? If we do the bus how long does it take? How much do taxi's run? Or are there transport companies at the dock? Like they have in other places like the caribbean?

Aloha. As you can imagine, this is a question which comes up quite often. Here is a sampling of some current threads which should help you decide what's best for you:

Hope this helps. Quick note: The Bus will take a minimum of 45 minutes, but is inexpensive. A taxi will cost at least $25 one-way, but will get you there much faster, which can be a real issue on crowded days. Companies like Robert's Hawaii have tours which include Pearl Harbor (but you still have to stand in line for Arizona tickets; there is no priority or pre-reserving or anything else for anyone). However, they would include transportation, getting you to PH early to get in line for tickets and often include other stops. I don't recall there being a whole bunch of independent tour operators at the port. But I know that the demand is there and that there are more last minute options available these days. The thing is that if simply going to PH and taking the Arizona Memorial tour is your main focus, you don't need to worry about using a tour company and living with their time schedule. It depends on your priorities and preferences.
