Brilliance - Cabin 9254

Recommended Posts

I took advantage of an RCCL Hot Deal for a cabin with an unobstructed view. I've been "upgraded" to D1:) cabin 9254 which is listed on some sites as "obstructed" view.

I searched on this site and found a reference to a 38%:( obstructed view due to window washing equipment. RCCL is saying that I just can't see behind the ship-which would be fine with me. The balcony even appears to be larger than normal, yet this cabin keeps popping up as "newly available" on other threads which makes me wonder what the "true" story is.

I've been happy with the guaranty on most ships in the past and would be thrilled with this one - except for the mention on this site of the window washing equipment hanging off this room.

The RCCL website does not (appear to) include cabin 9252 with obstructed views and the brochure includes 9252 and 9254.

Can anyone help me out here?
