ssolomon56 Posted September 6, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2007 I'm cruising on Mercury next week, and I'd LOVE a peek on a recent Daily Newsletter (I think Celebrity calls theirs the Compass...but, can't recall for sure  ). I'm anxious to see how often they offer karaoke, and their frequency of trivia games..etc.

Kathie44 Posted September 7, 2007 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2007 We were on Mercury last Jan. and I did the trivia games every day, usually more than one on a sea day. The highlight was winning the evening Starstruck Celebrity Game Show. The women won the Battle of the Sexes and I have the certificate to prove it. Next Jan. I will join the team to defend our title on our Aust/NZ Mercury cruise. :D DH doesn't usually do the trivia, but I never have trouble finding people to play with. Karaoke was scheduled several times on the 11-night cruise. I sat in on a session, but didn't participate this time. On Jewel last summer the hostess dragged me up to sing, but I made her sing with me. lol There are so many fun activities on board, even if you're not into trivia. It drives me crazy when I hear people say they don't want to be "stuck on the ship".

hydrodriver831 Posted September 8, 2007 #6 Share Posted September 8, 2007 Boy, it looks like I am going to be kept busy with all the trivia games. We just sailed Mercury (Aug 24-31) and really enjoyed the Trivia Games. What a fun time. Mike
