Just thought I'd share, I found something really good about New Orleans. Their passport office made my wife and me a passport in FOUR weeks, non-expedited. I'm ready to go..............:) :) :) :) :)

Yes, processing time has really gone down. Hopefully people will go ahead and get them, rather than waiting on the next deadline.

Mine was just a hair over 4 weeks from the day the check was cashed to the day they said they shipped it. Non-expedited with no dates of travel listed (as our cruise isn't until June 2008).
