DJ56 Posted September 8, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 8, 2007 Does Carnival have a photo shop on the ships where you can get your digital photos put on a disc? I have asked this on my roll call (Sept. 22 on the Glory) and I am told to buy another memory stick. I am just asking if you can have your memory stick photos put onto a disc and approximately how much do they charge?? I am using my daughters camera and am just curious. I tend to get carried away taking pictures and don't want to get into a bind....
Pegs222 Posted September 8, 2007 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2007 That is one option, if it is available, but you could bring your lap top and u/l your pictures on that. I know that is what I am going to do.

smashley Posted September 8, 2007 #4 Share Posted September 8, 2007 I have read in a post on here that that is available. You might want to have another option in place in case it doesn't work out!
*Mach* Posted September 8, 2007 #5 Share Posted September 8, 2007 From the Carnival FAQs: "One-day developing service is available for the following types of film. Drop-off boxes are located at the Photo Gallery: 35mm film Disposable cameras Panorama and APS Advantix Film can be processed on select ships; check with the Photo Manager for details. Developing film onto a CD (select ships: Spirit Pride Conquest Legend Glory)." http://www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/Photographic_Experiences.aspx If they can transfer pictures from developed film they should be able to transfer images to a CD from digital media. As a precaution, I've emailed Carnival regarding this. I'll let y'all know what I hear.
DaytonCruiser Posted September 8, 2007 #6 Share Posted September 8, 2007 I recall seeing digital kiosks on a couple of ships, but cant recall the prices. At the low cost of digital media I just buy extra cards. Here is an older thread that talks about it on Carnival ships. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=618447&highlight=KIOSKS http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=516865&highlight=KIOSKS
