Signing into Princess website

We booked our first cruise last week. I have been trying to log into Princess website to see if our cruise information is posted yet. I keep getting a message stating that they have found me in their system however, my date of birth does not match so I can't log in. I called the Princess 800 number and they said that I would have to talk to my TA. I talked to the TA on Friday and she called me back and said it was fixed. I still can not get into it:( I am so excited about going on our first cruise and now I can't get into the site to check it all out.

 

Has anyone else had this problem and any ideas on how to fix it?

You should be able to log into the Cruise Personaliser with your name and surname and booking reference. It might be the My Princess you are having a problem with.
