Parking at Pier 66 in Seattle

We are planning to park my grandparents van at the parking garage that is right across from pier 66 (Bell Street Pier Garage). I know that they have complimentary luggage service. Do you know exactly what "Complimentary luggage service" include? Is that just getting it out of your car or is that getting it to the cruise ship?

 

Also we will have luggage for 9 people and were not sure of how that would work. We are going to look like a bunch of circus clowns all crammed in the van with all of that luggage.

 

Any information will be greatly appreciated!

I haven't cruised from Seattle for about a year, but at that time they took my luggage inside the parking garage. All I had to bring across the street was my carryon.

The worst cruise I ever took was pretty damned good.

 

Platinum with RCI, a couple cruises with NCL and 1 with CCL

It's a wonderful service. Wish they had the same thing for Pier 30. You pull into the garage and they take your luggage at that time. You don't even see it again until you get to your cabin. Makes the embarkation process in Seattle much less painful.
