Summit to Hawaii Formal Nights?

We will be on the Summit to Hawaii 9/28. It is a 14 nite trip, does anyone know what nights the formal nites will be on?

 

Also, has any one used a personal trainer on the Summit? If so, what is the cost? Also do they have beginner aerobic classes and if so, do they cost

We were on the 14 day trip in April 2006 and the formal nights were Day 3, 6, 13 being the Captains farewell dinner.

 

Enjoy your cruise, we will be right behind you on 10/26.
