Howdy all, going on Mariner on Oct 7th. Need help with timing and transportation. What time is the earliest you can get on the ship. When do you have to be on by? What time are the rooms ready? If you self debark, what time do you need to be out of your room by? Has anyone used "Transportations.us" for transfers to MCO? Thanks for the help.

OK here it goes: 1) The earliest they will allow you on the ship is about 11:30am provided there were no delays from the previous cruise. 2) The ship departs promptly at 5PM. 3)Rooms are ready by 1PM. 4)You have to be out of your room by 8AM no matter what. 5)Sorry I can't help with Transportations.us. I work for AVIS so I drop off my company car and they give me a ride to and from the terminal.

Hope this helps.

Just to add on to the previous poster ...

Mariner is now scheduled to depart at 4:30 pm - not 5:00. If you're there at 5, you'll have missed the ship! When we sailed two weeks ago we did leave promptly at 4:30 (actually, it was more like 4:25).

You are to be onboard one hour prior to departure - that's 3:30 pm.

Enjoy your cruise - she's a beautiful ship!
