Customs

I will be flying out of Vancouver to Seattle. Where will we be going through Customs? How long does it usually take?

Last Saturday it took 3 1/2 hours to check in with Delta and then go through customs and then security. All of this time was spent with 4 check in bags and 4 carry ons. I hope your experience is much better.

Anyone going to the US from Canada usually goes through customs in Canada.
As far as time it just depends on how busy they are.

If you have bought the transfers from HOL going from Vancouver to Seattle via plane, is some of it done on the ship first and then just load on bus to go to airport?

This fine experiance was at YVR and yes we made our plane. We made the plane because the 250 people standing in line were all on the same plane. We then sat on the runway for 40 minutes while the pilot apologized because this was the first flight of the season and they were not prepared.

I read about the problems in Vancouver, but is it bad flying into Vancouver? What about leaving from Anchorage? Wouldn't have customs to go through so is it better?
